About me

Hi, my name is Ralph. I’m a personal trainer located in Singapore who specializes in helping professionals achieve a body transformation through structured mindset, exercise and nutrition coaching.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Sports Science and has been in the industry for 10 years as a personal trainer (American Council of Exercise (ACE)) and strength and conditioning coach (National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)). I also hold a Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 certification.

I enjoy working with people who have struggled to achieve their fitness goals previously because of lack of structure in their training and nutrition. Through personal training and online coaching where clients are given tailored training and nutrition programs, progress tracking and mobile apps, I give my clients the guidance and accountability throughout their journey to successfully achieve their goals.

Being able to transform lives, not only physically but mentally as well, is what I strive to do. My goal for my clients when they finish or leave my program, is to give them the confidence and ability to tackle whatever life might throw at them.

Besides my burning passion towards what I do, my key motivation as a personal trainer is getting results for my clients. I dedicate myself in providing the best service to my clients and constantly improving my craft by taking courses and attending seminars regularly.
